How to measure your core circumference
Measure your circumference at the level between chest and waist.
1. Chest
Measure your circumference directly below the bust, at the level of the chest.
2. Waist
Measure your circumference at the level of the waist (the narrowest part of your upper body).
If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller one to ensure a close-to-body fit.
